Unclaimed Decedents: After exhausting all attempts to find a next of kin or individual to claim the decedent have been exhausted, send unclaimed requests to records@mmmeg.org.
Report Suspicious Findings: If you possess important case information, email main@mmmeg.org or call local dispatch if the information is urgent. If a death certificate is filled out by a PCP and an unnatural cause of death is listed, email main@mmmeg.org. In either case, do not proceed with any further disposition or handling of the body.
Records Request: In the event a family member would like to request records, direct them to Records Request.

Pending Death Certificates: The funeral home on record will be notified the same day a pending death certificate is updated in EDRS.
