Death Certificates
Follow the instructions below to obtain a death certificate.
- Create a new case death certificate in EDRS
- Refer the case to the Medical Certifier/Medical Examiner
- All counties EXCEPT Oceana: Refer the death certificate to Dr. Paul Wagner
- Oceana County: Refer the death certificate to Dr. Rude Ochs
