Information on requesting records/reports
You may request the autopsy report after all reports related to the death are completed (investigation, autopsy, and toxicology). Requests for records can be made in writing via email or standard mail:
Requests must include:
- Name of decedent
- Date and county of death
- Requestor name, email address, and relationship to the decedent
- Address or email where the records should be sent
- $25 payment made to either of the following:
